So we came home instead and I'm feeling much better now that I'm surrounded by my lovely craft room... LOL
Here's a card I made with Vintage Vogue stamps and the Very Vintage matching wheel. The colours in the photo look a bit washed out.... it's actually really pretty in real life.
The main card is Kraft - the foliage and sentiment is stamped with Basic Brown ink. I stamped the "F" in Bravo Burgundy and the same colour cardstock for the darker contrast behind the Naturals Ivory/Very Vintage panel. I highlighted the images by watercolouring with my aquapainter.
The Vintage Vogue flower is stamped with Apricot Appeal ink and then I popped a clear Rhinestone brad in the center and cut the "Little Leaves" Sizzlit die in Old Olive to complete the embellishment.
Vintage Vogue is my favourite set in the Autumn/Winter mini catalogue from Stampin' Up! If you don't have a copy of your own, email your postal address to me and I'll get one in the mail for you - free of charge. To view the mini catalogue online, just click the link on the right....
